Growth Marketing Manager for E-Commerce Agency (m/w/d) · Remote

This is your job with us: You develop a lead magnet for our target audience: D2C e-commerce companies. Shortly after publication, the first results roll in—many sign-ups and directly four new customer inquiries. You analyze what exactly worked and derive new best-performer ideas from it. You quickly align with Sebastian, the Managing Director, and turn it into a modified guide for our YouTube channel, ensuring that matching LinkedIn posts are written on the topic. In parallel, new ad concepts for Meta Ads are created that pick up on this approach. This is complemented by an email campaign that delivers the content through another channel. A few days later, both go live. Within a few days, you ensure omnipresence across all channels so that no one can overlook EVOLVE as a holistic growth partner. Two weeks later, our sales team has their calendar fully booked with appointments generated precisely from this content. That is the exact job. What we work for: We want to be the strongest holistic growth partner for e-commerce brands in the DACH region. We constantly see agencies and service providers supporting brands in niche, siloed ways—channel by channel—without looking at the big picture. Huge potential is left on the table as a result. Therefore, we do not view ourselves as a service provider, but as part of our clients' companies. To achieve this, 30 specialists across six departments work together entirely remotely at EVOLVE.
