Why this role We are looking for a Talent Development & Community Program Manager to raise the bar on how we grow and connect Evolve rs. You’ll design our Evolve r Experience Ecosystem, unifying our learning programs and culture initiatives into one connected experience. You’ll own talent and leadership development programs and New Evolve r Onboarding, alongside our community and culture programming including Employee Resource Groups, CSR, and connection events. This is a builder role, designed for a person who can own a project from ideation and design through delivery and measurement. You'll shape the strategy, put the systems in place, and facilitate in the room yourself.
