FS&I Leader

Position Summary The evolv Consulting team is seeking an accomplished FS&I Leader (Managing Director) to own and grow our Financial Services & Insurance vertical. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full accountability for the vertical’s strategy, revenue, P&L, and client portfolio. The FS&I Leader expands relationships with existing clients, partners with Business Development to bring on new clients, and leads a team of Client Partners aligned to FS&I accounts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned consulting executive with deep financial services and insurance expertise, a record of profitable growth, and the executive presence to advise clients at the C-suite level. This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role that requires a leader who is willing to get into the details and take an active role in building and growing the business. We are seeking someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, drive business development, establish scalable processes, and remove obstacles to accelerate growth.
