Unlike traditional inside sales or purely administrative customer service, this is a strategic, high-visibility role . OEM client relationships span 5 to 20+ years. As the dedicated Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, you will take ownership of maintaining, nurturing, and proactively growing a portfolio of dozens of recurring OEM accounts. Because this is a brand-new position for the EMEA region, you will not just follow an existing blueprint—you will have the autonomy, strategic input, and ownership to build and shape how we engage, support, and retain our OEM customer base for the long term.
