VP, Group Director, Integrated Production

WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP DIRECTOR, INTEGRATED PRODUCTION DO? The VP, Group Director, Integrated Production oversees the Integrated Creative Production and teams. This role is responsible for the success, direction, motivation and financial impact of Integrated Creative Production which includes: video, broadcast, print, social content, art buying, emerging production, event production, AR/VR production and post-production (MGFX & editing) services both in terms of delivering on time and budget for clients as well as achieving creative excellence in tandem. Provides leadership and expert knowledge of the talent, techniques, and technology necessary to execute the work to the highest standards. These results are achieved by: Functions as a lead Producer on large scale and high visibility production projects as needed Experience managing 12+ Producer, MGFX Designers and Editors Manages the Integrated Production and Post-Production teams directly Educates peers and clients on Integrated Production and Post-Production at EVERSANA INTOUCH Manages freelance and external vendor pool Manages freelance and contractor’s time and assignments Responsible for full team’s billability goals and meeting business needs Assigns agency Producers, Motion Graphics Designers and Editors to projects, helping to balance workloads Provides estimates and input
