Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison - Ophthalmology - West

The EVERSANA Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison functions as a highly trained, field-based, scientific expert in ophthalmology, particularly retinal disease, who engages health care professionals and leaders in clinical, scientific, value-based care and research-based peer to peer scientific exchange around our client’s product. Following regulatory and corporate guidelines, they will facilitate and build scientific relationships and collaborations with scientific communities. This position interacts with local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and health care practitioners (HCPs), as well as professional societies and organizations. The MSL will need to be fully engaged with pertinent professional societies, as well as other value-based institutions and associations including ophthalmology and optometry clinics and retinal specialists that are involved with the treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). The MSL will be the field based scientific expert regarding our client’s product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.
