Build decision trees, procedure diagrams, and operational methods. Create training materials and train knowledge stakeholders. Manage translation requests. Build and maintain a terminology glossary and manage synonyms. Integrate content into the client's information system: Design or retrieve content illustrations (screenshots, videos, etc.). Integrate content into tools (Selfcare database, Chatbot, technical database, Voicebot, web portal, etc.). Enter necessary metadata. Actively participate in the smooth running of the mission: Ensure the consistency and quality of the document base. Be a driving force.
