Position Description: Outreach Specialist, Utah The Outreach Specialist recruits, enrolls, activates, and supports new and under participating trade allies in the Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart Business program. The position develops relationships with contractors, distributors, manufacturer representatives, and other market actors; helps new trade allies identify and submit their first projects; and maintains disciplined follow-through until partners are participating consistently. This is a market-facing business-development position that combines relationship development, practical program guidance, opportunity tracking, and regional field outreach.
