Business Intelligence and Business Systems Analyst

The Business Intelligence and Business Systems Analyst develops and supports the data, reporting, and business-system capabilities used to manage Medical Device Services (MDS). The role combines business intelligence, data modeling, data-quality management, and day-to-day business administration of CRM and related operational systems. This position builds Power BI models and reports that integrate CRM and eLIMS data to present financial, project, and operational information. It also supports CRM configuration, testing, user administration, documentation, and data integrity under the governance and priorities established by the Business Operations leadership. The role is designed to offload technical reporting and systems work from Business Operations leadership while preserving clear separation between business governance and day-to-day administration. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, reports, and drill-through views. Translate leadership and operational requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions. Support pipeline, portfolio, departmental operations, capacity, financial, project, and integrated business reviews. Create repeatable reporting processes that reduce dependence on manually maintained spreadsheets and trackers.
