Business Controller (m/w/d)

As a Business Controller (m/w/d), you will analyze financial, customer, and market data and derive well-founded recommendations for action. Market and potential analyses are part of your area of responsibility. You identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas and derive recommendations for action from them. You create meaningful reports, analyses, and presentations for management and derive recommendations for action. You work closely with local management teams and contact persons to implement and further develop group-wide standards and processes. The coordination of cross-border projects and ensuring a consistent database also fall within your scope of duties. You support the introduction and application of controlling tools and further develop existing management instruments and KPIs. Furthermore, you actively contribute to process optimization and the improvement of data quality. You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or economics, or a comparable qualification. Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a comparable environment is an advantage. However, we also welcome applications from motivated career starters. You already have initial experience working with Power Query as well as with large datasets (Big Data). You possess very good MS Excel skills and are confident in using PowerPoint.
