About the role Ethos ' Consumer business is growing fast, with an expanding portfolio that spans term life insurance, IUL, annuities, and estate planning. Our fast-moving product team is constantly shipping new products and sharpening the value prop of existing ones. We're looking for a strategist with sharp consumer instincts, real brand taste, and strong analytical horsepower to make those products win in market through effective go-to-market strategy and high-ROI creative investment. Reporting to our VP of Brand & Creative, you'll own go-to-market strategy across our product lines. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers to understand what each product does and who it's for, and translate that into messages that resonate with real audiences.
