We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly online help and documentation for our cloud- and web-based legal technology products, including products and features that use AI. In this role, you’ll combine creativity and analytical thinking to understand client needs, align content with business goals, and apply best practices that help users succeed. You’ll also help shape, evolve, and champion the documentation vision for Epiq Legal Solutions software products. Throughout the software development lifecycle, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering partners to create clear, accurate documentation for our products. Key Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain online help and release notes for Epiq Legal Solutions software products, including products and features that use AI. Build a deep understanding of our products and
