Role Overview EP Wealth Advisors is seeking a hands-on Senior Agentforce Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered advisor and client experiences on Salesforce. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce administration and will design, build, test, deploy, and support production-grade AI agents and the workflows, integrations, custom actions, controls, and data connections that enable them. You will work across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, APIs, and EP Wealth's broader technology ecosystem, partnering closely with Product, Salesforce Engineering, AI & Data Platforms, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, business process owners, and strategic vendors. The ideal candidate combines strong declarative Salesforce skills with the engineering depth to build secure, reliable, measurable agentic workflows in a regulated wealth-management environment.
