Your role As Team Lead Product Management for the Grid Operation area with currently six team members, you will take responsibility for the strategic direction and further development of our solutions in this area. You will lead a team of product managers and a Staff Product Manager to ensure that grid operators can operate their low-voltage and medium-voltage grids safely, transparently, and increasingly automatically. You consistently think in terms of end-to-end workflows across application boundaries – from grid planning and system control to operations – and work closely with the entire tech leadership team.
