As its loan volume grows, the company is building out its remote operations team to keep every loan file accurate, complete and moving on time. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor & Underwriter to own underwriting, loan file completeness and follow-up on every file through the satisfaction of underwriting conditions. You will analyze borrower, property and deal risk, collect and verify documentation, manage appraisals, and keep borrowers, brokers and originators informed until each loan is ready to close.
