As its loan volume grows, the company is building out its remote operations team to keep closings accurate, controlled and on schedule. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Closing & Funding Specialist to own the closing process, from opening title and obtaining insurance through funding and post-closing handoff. You will coordinate title companies, attorneys, borrowers and internal teams, review loan documents and settlement statements, and manage funding packages with capital partners under strict wire verification controls.
