The Senior Agency Compliance Officer plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the organization’s agency operations, systems, and staff adhere to all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing and maintaining a robust compliance program, supporting agency operations, overseeing audits, managing training programs, and ensuring continuous regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate is experienced, ethical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong background in insurance compliance. What You'll Do Compliance Oversight & Risk Management Develop and manage a company-wide compliance program in accordance with state and federal regulations Identify, assess, and communicate compliance risks; advise leadership on mitigation strategies Conduct audits and investigations; recommend and implement corrective actions Maintain and revise the company’s compliance manual and code of conduct as needed Training & Education Design and lead compliance and ethics training for employees, agents, and contractors Ensure all staff are knowledgeable of applicable laws and internal polic
