The instructor will guide young learners in mastering reading skills, letter-sound relationships, blending and decoding words. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a love for fostering literacy skills in young minds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop age-appropriate phonics lessons focused on foundational literacy skills. Conduct engaging and interactive online classes using tools such as videos, songs and games. Use real-life examples, stories and visuals to teach letter recognition, sounds, blending and segmenting. Provide differentiated instruction to meet the varying needs of learners. 2. Student Engagement & Monitoring: Encourage student participation through quizzes, activities and games.
