Family Learning Partner (Moms Only) - Remote Job

Category: Education Location: At Enthuziastic : we create impactful learning experiences that empower young learners and engage families, especially moms. As a Family Learning Counselor , you'll use your experience as a mom of middle or high school children to build strong, lasting relationships with students and their families, supporting their learning journey and addressing their unique needs. While your role focuses on relationship-building, you'll also guide families toward renewing plans, exploring additional services, and encouraging referrals as part of your targets. However, your primary focus will always be on providing value and building trust with families. Key Responsibilities: Build Deep Student Relationships: Connect meaningfully with young learners to understand their individual needs, strengths and challenges, creating a supportive environment that inspires growth. Support Family Engagement for Continued Learning: Actively encourage families to extend their learning journeys, offering additional courses, new programs, or learning plans that align with the students' evolving educational needs. Guide families towards Renewals (renewing their plans) , Upsells (exploring new courses) and Referrals (referring others to join Enthuziastic). Engage in Live Class Monitoring: Randomly join live classes to observe student participation, engagement and overall progress.
