Join us and drive the energy revolution We are looking for a passionate Senior Algorithm Development Expert (m/f/x) who wants to help build the most innovative energy trading platform on the planet. Redefine automation in energy trading As part of our Asset Optimization Community within Trading Technology, you will design, build and improve automated trading algorithms that optimize customers’ grid-scale batteries and other flexible renewable energy assets. You will turn complex quantitative, market and operational challenges into reliable, production-grade optimization solutions that create measurable value in live trading. In this hands-on senior specialist role, you will take technical ownership of substantial algorithmic work, ensuring the quality and reliable operation of your algorithms through rigorous analysis, reproducible evaluations and well-tested production software. You will investigate unexpected behaviour, turn operational learnings into lasting improvements, and help make our solutions more reusable across assets and markets. Working closely with the wider team, you will contribute to sound technical decisions, share your expertise and help other engineers grow, without taking on line-management responsibilities.
