Your Areas of Responsibility: Leading role in the development of restructuring programs, remediation concepts, option analyses, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; Preparation and plausibility checks of integrated corporate planning as well as short-term liquidity planning; Conducting business analyses (IDW S 6, IBR, financial history analyses, root-cause analyses, contribution margin accounting, etc.); Identifying and quantifying restructuring potential together with our experts from production, logistics, procurement, sales, finance, and HR; Responsibility for the strategic, financial, and operational realignment of the client, including support with implementation measures.
