Job Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S Serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the people side of large-scale enterprise technology and process change. Develops and executes organizational change management (OCM) strategies that drive adoption, minimize business disruption, and help the organization realize the full value of its transformation investments. Applies structured, methodology-based approaches (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges Transition Model) to assess change impacts across people, process, and stakeholders, coach sponsors, plan communications, and build readiness across a portfolio of concurrent, interdependent initiatives.
