The Care Coordination Specialist works under RN supervision to provide coordinated care services for injured workers with low to moderate complexity claims. This position ensures continuity of medical services and facilitates communication between all parties involved while supporting return-to-work efforts within workers' compensation guidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Care Coordination & Communication Coordinate routine medical care needs for assigned injured workers under established protocols Facilitate communication between injured workers, providers, employers, and adjusters for straightforward cases Collect and document clinical information from healthcare
