UI Designer Business Applications

As part of the evolution of our business applications, we are looking for a UI Designer capable of designing clear, consistent, and accessible interfaces, working closely with the business, product, and development teams. 📌 Missions Design the visual identity of the interfaces, produce high-fidelity mockups, and create interactive prototypes. Ensure graphic consistency, digital accessibility according to WCAG standards, and the responsive adaptation of applications. Transform user journeys and wireframes into final development-ready interfaces. Create, maintain, and evolve the Design System, UI standards, and interface components. Participate in user testing and contribute to result analysis in order to improve interfaces. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and development teams in an Agile framework, notably using Scrum, with a solid understanding of sprint operations. Integrate orientations defined by management, the enterprise architect, and business analysts into the visual design. Prepare a clear UI hand-off for developers. ✅ Required Skills Proven UI Design experience on web or business applications. Very strong proficiency in Figma, essential for interface and prototyping design. Proficiency in ZeroHeight to document and maintain a design system. Good knowledge of methodologies
