Technical Lead Full Stack Development

Tasks and Responsibilities For this role, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead who will contribute to the analysis, development, architecture, and delivery of complex digital applications. You combine strong back-end expertise with experience in cloud environments, DevOps practices, and the technical leadership of a development team. You will work on the design and realization of scalable web applications, API platforms, integrations, and data-driven solutions. In doing so, you will also take charge of the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications in AWS, with a focus on cloud services such as object storage, authentication, and integration services. In this position, you will hands-on build back-end applications using Node.js and REST APIs, and also work on modern single-page applications in Angular. You seamlessly translate programming work into results—from coding and testing to debugging—and clearly substantiate technical choices to stakeholders. Additionally, you will take on a driving role within the development team. You will coach developers, support collaboration in Agile teams, and work with Jira or similar tooling. You will contribute to efficient software delivery via Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments. You have experience with containerization in production environments, including Docker and Kubernetes, and with configuring and managing Nginx as a reverse proxy or application gateway. Topics such as data modeling and performance optimization are also part of your scope.
