Solution Architect Tech Lead (Freelance possible)

Tasks and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead Solution Architect to strengthen a cross-functional architecture team. This position is for a profile with at least 15 years of experience in Java development and its ecosystem, with strong leadership and a keen interest in operational, business, and technological challenges. The scope notably covers: technical management of the cross-functional architecture team; coaching development teams and supporting their skills enhancement; defining reference architectures and their evolution over time; implementing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, along with associated monitoring mechanisms; tracking strategic projects; supporting the business in formalizing and specifying needs; defining technological evolutions and technical debt management strategy; implementation and monitoring of security and information management regulations; alignment with the operational line; collaboration with infrastructure teams and external partners; gathering requirements and evaluating products as part of purchasing procedures; preparing and providing internal training modules. Your Profile: You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT orientation and have completed at least Scrum Master and/or ICT project management training.
