Security & Privacy Consultant

Tasks and Responsibilities: For an organization in the Belgian energy market, we are looking for a mid-level Security & Privacy Consultant. In this role, you will support the Security Officer and the Data Protection Officer in the daily execution and further development of the information security and privacy policy. You will develop, organize, and deliver initiatives around security and privacy awareness. You will support the Security Officer and the Data Protection Officer in their day-to-day activities. You will help maintain and further expand the Information Security Management System and the Privacy Information Management System. You will conduct security and privacy risk analyses and follow up on the resulting actions. You will contribute to the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits. You will advise projects and operational teams on security and privacy requirements. You will support privacy-related activities, including drafting DPIAs, maintaining records of processing activities, monitoring data subjects' rights, and managing data processors. You will participate in the Security Incident Response Team and assist with the analysis, handling, reporting, and evaluation of security incidents. You will collaborate on security projects and help implement security and privacy measures within Microsoft Azure and other cloud environments. Your Profile: You have demonstrable corporate experience in privacy management. A DPO certification is required.
