SAP FSM Specialist

As part of the digital transformation of water-related services in Wallonia, this mission focuses on SAP Field Service Management expertise, playing a central role in integrating field processes within the SAP ecosystem. The sought-after individual will act as the SAP FSM functional referent and contribute to the optimization of interventions, maintenance, resource management, and technical team planning. They will also support business teams from requirements gathering to production release. Main Mission: You take charge of the design, configuration, evolution, and support of the SAP FSM solution, ensuring coherent integration with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, SAP S/4HANA, and custom developments. You also play an active role in knowledge transfer and mentoring more junior profiles. Key Responsibilities: Drive the design and evolution of the SAP FSM solution. Gather and analyze business needs to define adapted functional solutions. Ensure functional ownership regarding planning, dispatching, mobile applications, and field intervention execution. Optimize planning and dispatching processes for field teams. Configure activities, teams, skills, SLAs, workflows, and business rules in SAP FSM. Support deployment and support.
