IT Quality and Solution Validation Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities: Within a support center dedicated to solution quality, agility, and DevSecOps, you contribute to strengthening the quality of IT developments and evolving testing and documentation practices. The mission combines a methodological and an operational component, with cross-functional involvement in IT solution quality, both for internal developments and deliverables provided by external contractors. Mission Objectives: Contribute to the application and evolution of the quality policy regarding testing and documentation. Define and implement strategies aimed at improving the quality and testing of IT solutions. Promote quality practices related to test plans, scenarios, execution reports, code quality, unit tests, and automation. Support the implementation of testing tools and practices in a DevSecOps environment. Collaborate with stakeholders responsible for defining requirements for new applications, their evolution, and maintenance. Coordinate, and if necessary participate in, test preparation, including design and writing assistance. Monitor test execution, report anomalies, and track their resolution. Contribute to producing the master test plan at the launch of development projects. Supervise and perform spot checks on the quality of deliverables related to the projects.
