Transformation PMO Manager

Overview: This public sector organization is involved in IT infrastructure management, business application development, support for digital projects, cybersecurity, and user support. IT infrastructure management: networks, security, data centers, and cloud; Custom business application development; Digital project support: functional analysis, UX/UI, and project management; Cybersecurity and data protection; User support and training. Mission: Within the Transformation Office, you will support the management, governance, and coordination of the transformation program and project portfolio. You will assist the head of the Transformation Office and ensure the quality, reliability, and consolidation of information useful for decision-making in an organizational transformation context affecting structures, processes, and systems. Activities: Prepare governance and steering committees (SteerCo); Track the progress of projects and programs; Consolidate budgets and monitor their evolution; Manage the roadmap and integrated planning; Monitor risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; Produce dashboards and management reports; Coordinate communication between IT teams, sponsors, and business stakeholders. Profile: Higher education with a Master’s degree in management, engineering, or equivalent; Minimum of 10 years of experience.
