IT Program Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities: In this Program Manager role, you will lead multiple technical teams, coordinate stakeholders, and manage projects related to the judicial IT domain. You will take charge of planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and reporting, while coordinating the relevant project managers. The function combines a managerial dimension with strong technical involvement. You act as the reference point for teams on architecture, infrastructure, integration, and continuous deployment topics. Key decisions are prepared with the support of the steering committee. You manage teams with diverse profiles, active in application development, legacy system modernization, and the implementation or maintenance of IT infrastructures. These teams notably cover legacy applications, new software solutions, systems, networks, data storage, and DevOps practices. You operate in an environment related to judicial police activities and the processing of sensitive files, with high stakes regarding continuity, security, and stakeholder coordination.
