Job Description: Your role as a QA Associate. As a QA Associate, you work within a quality department in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You safeguard the quality of products, processes, and documentation, ensuring the proper follow-up of deviations, complaints, and changes in accordance with applicable regulations. In this position, you coordinate with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure quality standards. You also contribute to continuous improvement and proper audit preparation. Your responsibilities: Support investigations into deviations, complaints, and other quality issues. Coordinate and follow up on CAPAs to ensure timely closure. Review batch documentation for product release. Support audits, inspections, and associated action plans. Assess changes within the change management and change control process. Support supplier qualifications and supplier monitoring. Deliver GMP and quality-related training. Collaborate on the further development and implementation of QA processes. Your profile: You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even when handling multiple dossiers in parallel. You communicate clearly with colleagues and external stakeholders and think critically about improvements. With your analytical approach, you quickly recognize connections and risks within quality processes.
