Job Description Your job as Project Manager Digital Solutions As Project Manager Digital Solutions, you will manage the rollout of digital solutions within a pharmaceutical production environment. You will ensure that processes run more efficiently and that teams are well-supported in their daily operations. In doing so, you will collaborate with technical experts, business stakeholders, and external partners. You will monitor planning, scope, budget, and KPIs, and ensure smooth implementation with a focus on adoption, training, and sustainable integration. Your responsibilities will include: Leading digital implementation projects from startup to delivery; Drawing up and monitoring project planning, budget, and risk analyses; Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers; Developing deployment strategies, including testing and rollback scenarios; Reporting project status and KPIs to stakeholders; Supporting user adoption through communication and training; Identifying post-implementation improvement opportunities and assisting in safeguarding the handover. 📝 Your Profile You communicate smoothly with various stakeholders and know how to bring people along in change.
