International HR Talent Consultant (Expert)

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities For this assignment, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who is end-to-end responsible for the inflow, evaluation, and development of senior talent for international projects within a port, logistics, and maritime context. This role goes beyond recruitment alone. You act as a strategic sparring partner for management, critically challenge needs and profiles, develop and supervise assessment centers, shape leadership trajectories, and support international stakeholders in their talent and organizational development. You work as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders and international partners. Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment of senior profiles You manage the entire selection process from A to Z, from intake to final hiring. This includes, among other things, intake interviews with hiring managers, drafting and sharpening job profiles, monitoring workforce planning and priorities, writing target-group-oriented job postings, CV screening and shortlist management, organizing interview processes, conducting first-round selection interviews, and formulating selection advice for management. You evaluate candidates on competencies, potential, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values, design business cases and selection exercises, guide candidates through the process, administer and interpret personality questionnaires, and support with contracts.
