Freelance Culinary Arts Educator (Maître)

Context: For the Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts option, we are looking for an educator, trainer, and coach for theory and practice classes, supplemented by supervision of the operation of the training restaurants. This program combines culinary expertise, operational restaurant management, and entrepreneurship within a three-year professional Bachelor's degree. The role spans all three academic years and contributes to the continuity, quality assurance, and professional positioning of the program. The operation of the training restaurants is spread over 17 weeks per academic year. Your Profile: You possess demonstrable communication, didactic, and coaching skills. You have experience in creating lesson and course materials and in teaching diverse target groups. You have technical expertise in Culinary Arts and can deliver both theoretical and practical classes. You have knowledge of kitchen organization and leadership. You are familiar with entrepreneurship and business management. You master the applications and systems for which training is provided. You can teach in Dutch and English.
