As a Domain Delivery Lead, you bring together several agile teams around a common vision, drive the implementation of strategic business applications, and support the teams in gaining autonomy and maturity. This role suits someone capable of structuring, scaling, and uniting. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders to translate an ambitious vision into concrete results. Task Description Bring squads together around shared goals and ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery. Establish a clear framework that promotes team autonomy and support their progress through servant leadership. Build overall planning with teams, coordinate dependencies, and arbitrate priorities transparently. Facilitate domain rituals, foster cross-team synchronization, and encourage the sharing of best practices. Identify delivery obstacles and facilitate collaboration with IT teams, etc.
