📋 Tasks and Responsibilities [FR] Work Environment As part of a digital transformation program, a federal administration is modernizing its business applications, strengthening collaboration between teams, and evolving its IT environment toward a more integrated and agile model. For this Domain Delivery Lead role, you will coordinate several agile teams around a shared vision, drive the delivery of strategic business applications, and support the growth of autonomy, expertise, and delivery capacity. The position takes place in a context of significant change, involving challenges related to structuring, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders to transform an ambitious vision into concrete results. Task Description Within the program, you will act as a project manager and Domain Lead. You will guide teams through influence, clarity of vision, and trust, enabling them to deliver value to the business. Unite several agile teams around common objectives and ensure alignment between business priorities and team priorities. Establish a clear framework that promotes autonomy while supporting the maturity growth of squads according to servant leadership principles. Build the overall planning with the teams, coordinate dependencies, and arbitrate priorities transparently.
