About the Role
Role: You manage and configure the Document Management System (DMS) and approval workflows, aligning them with the needs of ongoing projects. You technically adapt standard approval workflows within projects, for example by adding extra steps in consultation with project stakeholders. You monitor permissions and access rights to ensure the right people have access to relevant information. You safeguard document versions, revisions, and approval workflows so that work is always done using the most up-to-date information. You manage, control, and coordinate the complete lifecycle of project, CE, and operational documentation, focusing on integrity, traceability, and availability according to internal guidelines and legal requirements. You register, update, and centralize project documents, such as as-built files, operational files, and construction files, in the provided system, without creating them yourself. You supervise the link between documents, changes, and associated approvals. You administratively support internal and external audits by providing correct and complete documentation. You check, register, and classify documents for completeness and formal requirements using a standardized checklist, without content evaluation. You monitor correct naming, document structure, and consistent document compilation. You act as the point of contact for document-related questions and help project teams to maintain unity.
