Senior IT Project Manager

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities: You will join the team managing the digitalization program for urban planning, environmental, and single permits. This team brings together a program manager, analysts and testers, a change, communication, and training manager, as well as several project managers assigned to specific missions. You will support the program manager in launching, structuring, and monitoring ongoing or upcoming technical projects within the framework of this digitalization. The role involves close collaboration with business teams, sub-program stakeholders, and digital permit management stakeholders. 📌 Mission: As a Project Manager, you will manage several projects in parallel, from the pre-study phase to the transition into operational production. Your main responsibilities are: improving incident detection, control, and management procedures; evolving problem management and continuous improvement practices; ensuring cross-functional coordination with vendors to resolve major incidents as quickly as possible; strengthening reporting and governance mechanisms related to operational production incident management; performing or supervising pre-analyses regarding scope, technologies, resources, and budget; identifying key service providers, experts, and stakeholders, and defining the...
