IT Project Manager - Permit Digitalization

Tasks and Responsibilities You are joining a team in charge of the town planning, environmental, and single permit digitalization program. This team notably includes a program manager, analysts, testers, a change, communication, and training manager, as well as several project managers assigned to specific missions. In this context, you will support the program manager in launching, structuring, and monitoring technical projects related to permit digitalization. You will work closely with business teams and the various stakeholders of the program. Mission: As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects in parallel, from the pre-study phase to the transfer to operational production. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Conduct or supervise a pre-analysis, with estimation of scope, technologies, resources, and budget. Identify the service providers, contacts, and experts required for the project. Define the project charter, work organization, and governance framework. Handle the internal kick-off and the kick-off with the client to fully understand the project needs and environment. Define technical and documentary tasks and deliverables. Develop project schedules using an agile approach with short, value-driven iterations. Set up the project team and ensure its coordination
