Digital Transformation Program Manager

Tasks and responsibilities: You lead a large-scale digital transformation program aimed at modernizing heritage management processes, ranging from reference databases and case processing to citizen and partner relations, data publication, and collaborative exchanges. The mission covers the overall consistency of the program, alignment between business needs and technological choices, governance, budget management, and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Governance and program management: Maintain the overall vision, roadmap, phases, and deployment waves. Facilitate governance bodies, steering committees (COPIL), and coordination committees. Monitor risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and decisive decision-making. Lead a complex program within a public organization undergoing digital transformation. Business framing and target solution definition: Coordinate business workshops to formalize heritage and archaeological processes. Structure requirements into functional blocks, needs, and transformation trajectories. Guarantee alignment between business expectations and deployed digital solutions. Coordinate solution analysis and contribute to the scoping of offers when necessary. Information system architecture and urbanization: Define target solutions and their integration into the ecosystem with architects.
