Business Analyst and Functional Tester

Tasks and responsibilities: You will work on a digitalization program related to urban planning and environmental permits. Your role consists of working closely with the relevant business lines to understand their context, clarify their needs, and formalize their expectations. As a Business Analyst, you collaborate closely with the project manager, business teams, analysts, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders involved. In this context, your responsibilities are as follows: Support the management of the update of an IT solution to ensure its sustainability, including the potential preparation of a competitive bidding document. Understand the context, objectives, and processes of the environmental, urban planning, and spatial planning domains. Gather, analyze, and model business requirements by highlighting data flows and exchanges between various internal and external actors. Perform cross-functional analysis across multiple departments to form the basis of a requirements specification document. Define the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution in consultation with the relevant stakeholders. Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops with the business. Communicate deliverables, have them validated by the relevant business lines, and ensure their thorough understanding. Verify that the chosen solution meets the expressed expectations.
