Digital Trafficker / Programmatic Trader

We are looking for a Digital Trafficker / Programmatic Trader specializing in CTV to join the Mediam Group team. This position leads the strategy, implementation, optimization, and analysis of Connected TV campaigns, being responsible for the complete programmatic buying cycle: from DSP configuration to technical troubleshooting in the ad server and performance reporting. The ideal profile has solid technical experience in the video and CTV programmatic ecosystem, mastery of demand-side and supply-side platforms, and the ability to translate performance data into optimization decisions with a direct impact on results. Location: Mexico Modality: Remote Main Responsibilities 1. CTV Campaign Setup, Trafficking, and Execution Configure, traffic, and launch CTV campaigns in the market's leading DSPs, ensuring the correct implementation of pixels, creatives, and segmentations. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality guidelines in each activation. Coordinate with strategy and client teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and the technical configuration of campaigns. 2. Inventory Management – PMPs and Programmatic Guaranteed Negotiate, configure, and monitor Private Marketplaces (PMPs) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals with key CTV SSPs and publishers. Manage the active deals pipeline, ensuring inventory availability and compliance with delivery commitments.
