ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a high-ownership, relationship-driven Network Management Specialist to recruit, onboard, and manage dental specialists as we build and scale our national specialty network. This role is critical to ensuring our patients have access to high-quality specialty care—including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and other disciplines—within our mobile care model. You will partner directly with the COO to design and execute our specialist network strategy: identifying target markets, recruiting top-tier providers, negotiating agreements, ensuring credentialing readiness, and driving long-term engagement and performance.
