The Lead Analyst will support the execution and operationalization of Empower ’s enterprise data governance and knowledge management strategy under the leadership of the Senior Director. This role will partner with business, technology, risk, and legal stakeholders to implement governance frameworks, strengthen data quality, support regulatory compliance, and maintain audit-ready controls across structured and unstructured data domains. The Lead Analyst will also enable metadata, lineage, data quality, AI and GenAI governance, data product lifecycle integration, and enterprise knowledge management capabilities.
