The Benefits Consultant works as part of a practice group supporting Empower ’s premier offering for executives. The Benefits Consultant works closely with Executive Planners and Benefits Planners to support executive participants through account servicing, transaction support, and coordination across the team. Through direct interaction with executives, the Benefits Consultant answers questions, identifies planning opportunities, and helps deliver a white-glove experience. This role provides an opportunity to deepen expertise in financial services and executive plan benefits while building skills and experience for continued career growth.
