Empower AI is seeking a Senior ITCR / Requirements Analyst to lead IT Capability Request (ITCR) analysis and advisory support for a Department of War agency supported by an enterprise IT Customer Support Services program. The Senior Analyst leads requirements elicitation with internal and external customers, business process and gap analysis, alternatives analysis, and market research; produces comprehensive, data-driven ITCR Support Packages and executive briefing materials for Program Management Reviews and agency governance
