Role Overview: As a Fulfillment Specialist at Salty, you will meet customers at a moment that matters to bring coverage and savings through our agency offering. Because our technology builds quotes from a customer's existing insurance information, you’ll spend more time engaging clients and closing sales and less time on data entry and quoting. You'll also identify and cross-sell other insurance lines, to deliver increased savings and value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to warm prospects when we've identified insurance savings. Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and SMS.
