Trainer / Technical Writer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Trainer / Technical Writer to develop high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and learning programs supporting a large-scale federal healthcare modernization initiative. This individual will work closely with technical teams, product owners, business analysts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and program stakeholders to translate complex systems, processes, and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and effective training. The ideal candidate combines strong technical writing, instructional design, training delivery, and stakeholder collaboration skills and is comfortable supporting enterprise technology implementations and organizational change. Key Responsibilities Technical Writing & Documentation Develop, edit, and maintain technical and end-user documentation for enterprise applications and business processes.
