Salesforce Developer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting a large-scale federal healthcare modernization program. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, integration teams, and program stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, integrations, and modern Salesforce development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and enhancements. Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies. Translate functional and technical requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to implement solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and platform standards. Develop reusable components, services, and frameworks that improve scalability and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development standards.
